Lead of the community strategies team, Corey Miller, says his team is most proud of the community and organizational engagement they have been able to conduct during 90 Days of Innovation: Ready Every Day. Examples of initiatives that have been formed as a result of new and innovative approaches to health care in the community include the community paramedicine pilot, transitional care beds for patients who are ready to leave the hospital but still need support in the community and enhancements to personal care home support.

“Another thing that our team is really proud of is the commitment we’ve seen from our frontline staff, physicians and community partners to help us build a stronger and more sustainable system moving forward,” says Miller.
